YouthBuild Program
Through its YouthBuild Program, RCHA provides young adults with high school equivalency training, construction or MEDPrep experience, and critical workplace skills. Many students who have graduated from the YouthBuild Program have gone on to employment in the construction field, healthcare or other fields, or on to further training or higher education.
Downtown Revitalization
RCHA also provides support for downtown revitalization efforts, either through direct project management or through our partner organizations. Restoration and reuse of buildings in our town centers is an essential ingredient of community vitality. RCHA is committed to providing support to local government and organizations in their efforts to maintain, restore and rejuvenate their town and community centers.
