Graham Godwin serves as Executive Director of the RCHA. Graham has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Shepherd University and a Master’s degree in Political Science from West Virginia University. His past professional experience includes serving as Director of Research at Orion Strategies, an organization that specializes in strategic communications, research, government relations, grassroots advocacy, and polling. Prior to Orion Strategies, Graham worked as a Grant Administrator for World Vision and as an NGO Development Consultant with the United States Peace Corps in Kyrgyzstan. Graham enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, being outdoors, and cooking.

Mindi Broschart

Mindi Broschart is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for RCHA. Mindi started as a bookkeeper at RCHA and now heads the Finance Department, which takes care of our three sister agencies’ finances, as well. She has a BS in Accounting from Fairmont State University. She enjoys her role as it involves her in many aspects of the affordable housing field where her finance lens often adds value to our projects.

Lisa Shaffer

Lisa Shaffer serves as the Housing Manager for RCHA. Lisa started her career in affordable housing in 2001 with the HomeOwnership Center, Inc., a sister agency of RCHA. She began in the role of Housing Counselor and in 2007, she became the Loan Originator. Lisa started her employment with RCHA in 2009 as an Occupancy Specialist in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. In 2012, she was promoted to the Manager of the HCV Program, which includes the Family Self-Sufficiency Program and Section 8 to Home Ownership Program. She was a founding member of the Randolph County Coalition to End Homelessness and began managing a program for the homeless population in 2016. Lisa is a 2000 graduate of West Virginia University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Heather Croson is the Operations Manager for Randolph County Housing Authority. Amongst her various ongoing projects, Heather manages sales and development at Highland Meadows, a single-family neighborhood in Elkins, the Rural Community Development Initiative Grant,  housing development projects and marketing & outreach for both RCHA and Highland Community Builders. Heather has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from East Stroudsburg University. Her past experience includes Operations Management and Underwriting in the life insurance brokerage field. Heather enjoys boating and traveling with her husband and 2 children.
