Our construction crew, guided by Ritchie Smith, is making a lasting impact in the Elkins community, crafting and painting custom-built trash bins for the Elkins Parks and Recreation Commission. So far, 14 out of 26 bins have been completed, with each one built to enhance park cleanliness and sustainability.
Through hands-on construction training, YouthBuild participants are applying their skills while giving back to the community. The project reinforces teamwork, craftsmanship, and a commitment to improving public spaces.
These bright red bins will soon be installed in parks throughout Elkins, helping keep local outdoor spaces clean and inviting for all.
