RCHA offers Money Management and Budgeting Classes to help you build confidence and create a path to financial stability. Whether you’re saving for a home, paying down debt, or just trying to make ends meet, our classes provide practical tools and strategies to help you succeed.

These classes are open to anyone looking to improve their financial health, including:
- Individuals and families participating in RCHA programs such as Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers or the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS).
- Those enrolled in RCHA’s Path to Homeownership or job training programs.
- Community members who want to take charge of their financial future.

- Format: In-person and online options available.
- Schedule: Classes are held monthly. Contact us for the next available dates.
- Location: RCHA Learning Center, 2280 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241.
- Cost: Free for participants enrolled in RCHA programs. Small fee for community members.
