Substance Use Support & Recovery
RCHA partners with the Appalachian Regional Commission’s INSPIRE Initiative to support individuals in recovering from substance use issues. Services include job training, emergency transportation, and connections to trusted programs. Services include:
- Job training and employment resources.
- Access to substance use support and recovery programs.
- Emergency Transport: Transportation to appointments or services as needed.
