Wilmoth Street Apartments – Two story Quadplex: The project will consist of replacing roof at 201 Wilmoth Street, Elkins WV. A site visit is strongly recommended to examine and measure roof for exact material and work requirements.
Main Roof and Porch roofs: Remove existing shingles and felt. Examine existing roof sheathing to confirm in good working order and nailed down tight. Replace any damaged roof sheathing and advise with cost prior to replacing. Replace all existing roof boots, new titanium, new 30-year architectural shingles (color approved by RCHA), new ice guard for first layer of felt, new roof vent and new roof cap. Examine all flashing at porch roofs to confirm in working order, if not, replace as necessary. Please note that prior to a contract being awarded for this project, contractor will provide RCHA with current copies of WV Contractor’s license, WV Workers’ Compensation, Insurance policy, Form W-9 and Proof of Liability Insurance coverage.
